Make your hotel reservations online or call 800-843-1177 – Rooms at $119.00/night plus tax and daily resort fee of $23 (Resort Fee includes overnight self-parking). The reservation cut-off date is July 9, 2023 or until our contracted room block is sold out, whichever comes first.

Consider being a exhibitor or a sponsor at our annual Cal-Nev-Ha District Education Convention in Sparks, NV at the Nugget Casino Resort.  


Club Delegates

Each Kiwanis Club in good standing is entitled to seat up to three (3) certified delegates and three (3) alternates.
To be a certified delegate, the club secretary or president must complete and submit the online Delegate Form and submit it online by July 28, 2023. After the deadline date of July 28, 2023 complete a hard copy and bring it on-site to the convention.

Season Ticket – SAVE $39.00 by purchasing the Season Ticket for $429. (Includes Registration, Inspirational Breakfast, Awards Luncheon, Inter-club Luncheon and the Installation Dinner)

  • Early Registration Fee (Register by 7/7/2023) – $250
  • Regular Registration Fee (Register by 7/28/23) – $270
  • Cancellation Deadline (Refund, less a $25.00 per person processing fee) – July 28, 2023
  • On-site Registration Fee – $280
Clubs Can SAVE by Registering 100%
  • 100% Club Registration Form – Clubs may register the entire club at a discount. (not available via the online registration)
    • Clubs with 39 or less members – $900
    • Clubs with 40 or more members – $1,800

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be received in WRITING. You may email to [email protected] or mail to Cal-Nev-Ha Kiwanis, P.O. Box 1327, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91729. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Full refunds, less a $25.00 per person processing fee, will be processed after convention for requests received by 5:00 p.m., July 28, 2023.
