  • Inter-club Luncheon ($79.00) – Starter: Spring Mix salad with English cucumbers, carrots, ripe tomatoes and ranch dressing. Main: Lemon Salmon, Grilled Meyer Lemon, steamed jasmine rice, seasonal vegetables and Citrus Beurre Blanc. Dessert: Raspberry cheesecake.
  • Inter-club Luncheon – VEGETARIAN Starter: Farmer’s market greens, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, and balsamic and ranch dressing. Main: Forest Mushroom Ravioli with sundried tomato pesto, and balsamic drizzle. Dessert: Raspberry cheesecake.
  • CNH Children’s Fund Dinner and Auction ($105) – SHORT RIBS – Starter: Chopped Salad with iceberg lettuce, crisp bacon, ripe tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, and herbed dressing. Main: Slow Braised Provencal Beef Short Ribs with a Zinfandel Reduction. Dessert: Mocha Cake.
  • CNH Children’s Fund Dinner and Auction – SALMON – Starter: Chopped Salad with iceberg lettuce, crisp bacon, ripe tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, and herbed dressing. Main: Oven Roasted Salmon with capers and Lemon Vin Blanc. Dessert: Mocha Cake.
  • CNH Children’s Fund Dinner and Auction – VEGETARIAN- Starter: Chopped Salad with iceberg lettuce, ripe tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, and herbed dressing.
